On this page: It’s said you can judge how advanced a civilization is by what type of communication they employ. Letters, telegraphs, cellphones, Starfleet com badges… I wonder what Tempest thinks of this? I think he's seen something very similar to it before. But just 'cause I make the comic doesn't mean I know what's going on!
