Chapter 8 Page 6 Colors

This page took me quite awhile. Lots of lighting effects, which, while subtle, are time consuming! There is a lot of light streaming over the lines in the background in each panel. And then that blasted window in the BG. *facepalm* I doubt anyone would notice it except me, but the iron grate over the window has a reflection in the glass. Seriously, Kez? You really spent the time to do THAT?

I need to think ahead and save my lines on different layers to save me more time later on.

One thing I hate in most comics is the absurdly beautiful portrayal of women despite the situation. Women eating, crying, yelling and screaming are not pretty. Most often, they are ugly. I swear, Marvel and DC artists could draw a woman on the crapper and somehow still make it look sexy. Fer'real, people. *headdesk of disgust*
